Reef Insights LLC ("Reef Insights," "we," "us," or "our") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Reef Intelligence platform subscriptions. We want you to feel confident trying the platform, and if it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at legal@reefinsights.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
After the 30-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the initial purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund regardless of the purchase date.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal; your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Subscription Renewals
The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase only. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds once processed, except in cases of billing error. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us at legal@reefinsights.com within 14 days of the charge.
Early Access Founding Member Pricing
Early access subscribers who receive locked-in founding member pricing may request a refund under the same 30-day terms. However, founding member pricing is tied to continuous active subscription — if a subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the original early access pricing cannot be reinstated.
Team and Enterprise Plans
Team plan subscriptions follow the same 30-day refund policy. Enterprise contracts with custom pricing terms may have separate refund provisions as specified in the signed agreement. Contact legal@reefinsights.com for enterprise billing questions.
How to Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page using the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — if you are within the 30-day window and want a refund, email us directly.
